Tea Tasting
Saturday, January 19, 10am – 4pm
Drop in during our regular hours to taste a variety of teas, from black to white and everything in between. We’ll guide you through the tasting process to learn how to differentiate the subtleties of each tea. Free.
Beginner Knitting & Crochet Series 
Knitting: Saturdays, February 9, 16 & 23, Noon – 2 pm
Crochet: Saturdays, March 16, 23 & 30, Noon – 2 pm
While making this cute felted purse, you will learn the skills required to make a simple sweater. Fee: $80, which includes 3 lessons, all materials and tools.
Goat Combing Days
Thursdays, February 21 & 28, 10 am – 2 pm
Saturdays, February 23 & March 2, 10 am – 2 pm
Join us for our annual cashmere harvest! Try your hand at combing a goat. Learn how cashmere is harvested. Be a cashmere goat farmer for a day (or an hour)! Free.
Knitted Neck Warmer Hat Class
Saturday, March 9, noon – 2 pm
This adorable project, which can be worn as a neck warmer or hat, is perfect for learning to knit in the round. You choose whether you want to use double pointed needles or a circular needle. We’ll teach both methods. Fee: $20 plus materials (Knitted Gifts book – which we will use for other classes; needles & yarn). Participants must know how to knit and purl prior to taking this class. Reservations required.
Knitting Socks
Saturdays, April 6, 13 & 20, noon – 2 pm
Hand knit socks are wonderful! Made correctly, they are the most comfortable socks you will ever wear. Join this class to learn sock knitting basics and make your first pair! Fee: $50 plus materials. Participants must know how to knit in the round prior to taking this class. Reservations required.
Ongoing Events
Stitch & Spin
Every Thursday 2 - 4 pm & Saturday 10 am – Noon
Social time for knitters, crocheters & spinners. Bring whatever you are working on and join us. No reservations required. Free.
Yarn Doctor
The first Thursday of every month the Yarn Doctor will be in. Stop in between noon and 6 PM and she'll help to cure your knitting and crochet ailments. Free.
Finish It Friday
Love to knit or crochet but hate to do the finishing? The last Friday of each month we will have a blocking board and steamer available for anyone to use. Stop in during regular business hours to block, seam or sew in the loose ends on your projects. Finishing is more fun with friends! Free.
Private Lessons & Custom Classes
Individual lessons and customized classes are available to anyone who wants to polish their skills at knitting, crocheting, or spinning. Contact us to make arrangements.
Class Registration & Policies
Beginner classes normally have 3-6 students. Advanced classes may be larger.
Please register in advance. Classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirements 3 days before the first class may be rescheduled.
If homework is required for class, please complete it prior to class. Contact us if you need help.

No refund or credit will be given for cancellations or no-shows on the day of the class.
